Patrick and Candie have long searched for the location to bring their culinary skills from living and working in the Mediterranean, Arizona and New Mexico (along with their hospitality traditions) home.

Arriving here on Camano Island made the choice easy. Enthralled with the views and encouraged by the heritage of the house, Patrick and Candie not only invent but also establish a continued, warm hospitality through cooking. Come and let them share cooking secrets of sweet and savory chilies. Find out the unique options of spices from the Orient and the Mediterranean(Spain, Italy & Turkey). Be a sous chef for a night and participate in the completion of a 3-course meal that you can share with others at home.

Patrick and Candie are excited to talk food and wine with their guests. Educated in entertaining, event planning and catering, they draw on their passion to the pleasure of their guests and soon to be new friends. While continuing his education, Patrick has gained the cooking background to research and create delights from his Savory Southwest and join them with his love of the Great Northwest.

With so much bounty from local farms and the garden on the grounds, guests will always be able to enjoy jellies, sauces, homemade granola or wonderful baked goods, added to Southwest Eggs Benedict, Italian Caprise Scramble, or better yet: the specialty breads home-baked at Camano Blossom for perfect French Toast... making every day a feast for the eyes and a comfort for the soul.

Dine-in dinner options can include a variety of choices: green chili chicken enchiladas with all the fixins'... smoked meats and fish... or consider elegant pasta with vegetarian options always considered. Call for details and special occasion needs.

Business partner and good friend Melissa will be working on her line of spices for cooking. Her much enjoyed Chinese Cooking Lessons may still be offered in the future at her discretion and location. Melissa is currently enjoying travel time and creating a cookbook.
